Denis Cooverman (Paul Rust) is the valedictorian of his high school class. During his speech, he decides he doesn’t want to live with regret, so he announces “I love you, Beth Cooper”, declaring his love for the head cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere). The film follows the wild night that results from his speech.
